Getting support

Use the in-app metadata-only issue reporter or create a redacted support bundle when the application cannot start.

Support guidance

Support

Report the problem, not the document.

When the app is running

Use Report issue in the application. It sends a redacted comment and structural interface metadata. It does not send screenshots, document text, files, or credentials.

When the app cannot start

Run SupportBundle.bat from the installed package. Review the generated bundle before sharing it with your named support owner.

Do not send

Do not place source documents, filenames, patient or client information, SQL connection details, passwords, or signed download links into a support message.
